This room of the property was practically unusable due to it being to warm in the summer and too cold in the winter. We transformed it into a room our customer can use regardless of the weather.

Challenge

We took the roof off to give us a blank canvas to start from. Our skilled carpenters then put the framework up to support the roof. We then put a warm roof on using 120mm PIR insulation ensuring maximum performance from the roof. The roof was made watertight with Firestone EPDM rubber and a lantern was added to allow natural light into the room. We also took care of the internal plastering as well as fitting 10 new down lights. All of this was completed in a 3 day turnaround.
